Baz was very helpful in my questions before I purchased. Love my new vehicle. Got a certified pre-owned 2021 CX-5, immediate drove it 900 miles for a vacation to Gatlinburg Tennessee. Took it like a champ going up and down the mountain roads, even with ice. No issues.

I told Brent what I wanted but unfortunately it wasn’t available at the Fairfax location but that didn’t stop them. Brent and the sales manager had the team reviewing all Safford dealerships to find the colors and trim package I wanted and when they found it, he personally drove all the way to Maryland to pick it up for me from another Safford dealership, ensuring I got exactly what I envisioned, while I was apologetic he had to drive a distance for this he was so positive and reassuring telling me “I told you we are getting you exactly what you wanted”. Everyone at the dealership from our sales person, to the sales manager, to the finance manager was so informative and willing to do what needed to be done without any hesitation.
